What it is
Two open lists record the numbers that public SMS-receiving websites publish, the ones anyone can use to receive a verification code: iP.1 Networks’ list, with the date each number was last seen, and Castle’s daily list of the numbers most active on those sites. A number that leaves both lists is kept at its last-seen date and ages, rather than vanishing.

Counts only. No number from the files is shown here, and none is republished: the publisher’s own files are linked below. A version marked “retrieved on” is the day the file was fetched, because the file itself carries no date.
How it is read
Not a table of blocks: a listed number scores disposable for a while after it was last seen, then disposable_stale.

- disposable-phone-numbers.txtText, one E.164 number per line, undated. The day’s 1,000 most active numbers on those sites, counted as seen on the day they are read.

What it cannot say
- A listing says a website published the number on a date. It says nothing about who holds the number today: carriers recycle numbers the sites give up.
