The tiers differ in credits, price and support, and in nothing else.
- Batch and bulk
- Batch requests for email, phone, IP, address and business lookups. Bulk jobs of up to 100,000 rows for email, phone, IP, address and consistency, sent through the API or uploaded as a CSV, with a signed webhook when a job finishes.
- Monitors
- Saved lists of emails, domains, phone numbers, IP addresses, postal addresses or company identifiers, checked again on a schedule, with an email when an answer gets worse.
- Suppression lists
- For email, phone and postal addresses. Import your own, and the bounces and failures you report are added for you.

Undeliverable email verdicts that needed a mailbox check are free up to a fair-use allowance of 500 in any 30 days, or the number of deliverable and risky email answers billed in those 30 days when that is more. Past the allowance each one costs 1 credit and its meta.fair_use_billed is true. Verdicts settled without a mailbox check (bad syntax, no working mail server, a username the provider never allows) and repeats are always free and never counted.
IP lookups are billed in blocks of five: the answered IP lookup that opens a block costs one credit and leaves four prepaid on the account, which the next four answered IP lookups use up at no charge. Reserved, private and unallocated ranges and repeats never use one.

Each add-on is charged only when its check answers, and the figure includes the lookup's own credit. Both need a licensed partner and neither is enabled on the service; while they are off they add nothing, and the response says the check did not run rather than guessing.
Estimate a month
Put in the lookups you expect in a month and the share you think will answer for nothing, and this works out the credits the month would spend and the cheapest tier that covers them. It is an estimate of credits, not a quote.
Invalid input, undeliverable verdicts and repeats within seven days answer for nothing, so a real list bills well under its row count. We have no way of knowing what that share is for your data: it starts at zero, where every row bills and the month costs the most it can, and you lower it from a sample of your own.

At this volume that pack's credits last 1 month, so it works out at $149 a month against the plan's $119, so the plan is $30 a month cheaper. A pack's unspent credits stay on the balance and never expire, which is why the pack is compared over the months it actually covers rather than bought again every month.
- It assumes one lookup per row on one signal at one credit an answer. IP lookups cost a fifth of that, so for an IP list put in a fifth of the lookups. POST /v1/consistency bills the sum of the signals it asks for, so a row checked on three of them costs up to three credits.
- It prices plans monthly. A yearly plan is ten months' price for the same monthly credits.
- It leaves out the add-ons above and the licensed list of every address at a postcode, which cost more than one credit when they run.
- Nothing beyond the largest tier is priced here, because nothing beyond it has a published price.
Changing or cancelling a plan
Plans are changed and cancelled from the Billing page.
- A bigger monthly plan
- Charged today. Its credits are deposited at once, and the monthly cycle restarts from that day.
- A smaller monthly plan
- Takes effect at the next renewal, when plan credits above three months of the smaller plan's allowance expire.
- Monthly to yearly
- Any time. The year is charged and starts that day.
- A bigger yearly plan
- The new year starts today and the unused part of the old one is credited from that day. That credit covers the rest of the current month, so the same share of that month's plan credits expires.
- A smaller yearly plan
- Takes over at the renewal. To move up while one is waiting, go back to the plan you paid for first, at no charge, then move up.
- Yearly to monthly
- Not available from the dashboard.
- Cancelling
- Stops future charges at the end of the paid period. Nothing already deposited is taken back, and plan credits stay usable for 60 days after the plan ends.
Questions
Do credits expire?
Pack credits never expire; plan credits roll over up to three months' allowance and stay usable for 60 days after you cancel.
What happens when the balance reaches zero?
The API answers a typed 402 INSUFFICIENT_CREDITS before the lookup runs, so nothing is billed behind your back. Lookups work again once the balance is topped up or the next monthly grant lands.
Can the balance top itself up?
Only if you ask it to. Automatic top-ups are off on every account. Switching them on from the Billing page means naming the pack to buy, the balance to act on, and a ceiling in dollars for the calendar month; an account on a plan buys a block the size of its plan at the plan's rate instead, and those credits never expire either. We never charge past the ceiling: once it is reached, lookups answer the same 402 as any empty balance. Every automatic charge is emailed to you and appears on the Usage page.
Is a plan required?
No. The monthly free grant needs no card, and a pack is a one-time purchase. A plan deposits its credits every month at a lower price per credit than the pack of the same size, billed monthly or yearly, and can be cancelled at any time.
Do batch, bulk and the MCP server cost differently?
No. Every channel bills the same way: 1 credit per fresh answered lookup, five IP lookups to the credit, with the same free answers and the same fair use. Batch, bulk, monitors, the dashboard, the form widget and the MCP server all follow that rule.
