The IP address and the postal address name different countries

The address the request came from geolocates to one country and the postal address stands in another.

Free. The consistency analysis is arithmetic over answers already paid for and never costs a credit of its own.

What it means

The comparison is only made when the IP is not a VPN, a relay or a datacenter egress. On those the country belongs to the operator rather than to the person, so the check is withheld instead of answered.

Travel, a corporate proxy and a household VPN all produce this honestly.

What to do

Treat it as one input among several. It is a fact about two fields, not a judgement about a person.

Abbreviated: a real answer carries all 33 fields, listed in the validate-phone reference.
