What it means
Each half is already published by its own product: `disposable` on the email answer, `is_datacenter` on the IP answer. The flag only names that both are true at once.
Automation and server-side integrations legitimately run from datacenters, so this pairing is weaker when your own backend forwards the call than when a browser does.
What to do
Useful at signup, where a real person is expected to arrive from a consumer network with an address they can receive mail at.
