By using our Services, you agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”). Any violations may result in suspension or termination of your account and, where applicable, legal action.

1. Purpose

The purpose of this AUP is to ensure that the Spaw.co network is used responsibly, legally, and in a manner that preserves service quality and protects the interests of all users, our infrastructure partners, and the broader internet community.

2. Prohibited Activities

The following uses of Spaw.co Services are strictly prohibited: a. Illegal Activities Using the Services to violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations. Engaging in copyright infringement, trademark violations, or the distribution of pirated content. Accessing or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any form of exploitation. b. Network Abuse Launching, facilitating, or participating in Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks. Port scanning, brute-force attacks, or unauthorized access to networks or systems. Using the proxy network to host or relay malware, viruses, or other malicious software. c. Circumvention of Security Mechanisms Attempting to credential stuffing or automated account creation or abuse. Using Spaw.co to mask fraudulent behavior or identity in unauthorized access attempts. d. Unsolicited Communications and Fraud Sending spam emails, unsolicited messages, or phishing attempts. Engaging in fraudulent ad clicks, affiliate fraud, or fake reviews. Scraping content in violation of target websites’ Terms of Use. e. Misuse of IP Resources IP spoofing or forging IP packets to misrepresent your identity. Overloading the proxy network through unreasonable or abusive automation. f. Use with Prohibited Content Accessing, transmitting, or promoting content involving hate speech, terrorism, violence, or illegal substances. Promoting or facilitating criminal activity.

3. Hosting Provider and Abuse Compliance

Spaw.co maintains relationships with global hosting and IP transit providers. We are committed to complying with their abuse policies. If we receive a verified complaint from an infrastructure provider or law enforcement authority: We may suspend or terminate the offending user’s access without prior notice. We will cooperate with legitimate investigations as required by law. Users found to be in violation of this AUP will not be entitled to refunds.

4. Reporting Abuse

If you become aware of any misuse of the Spaw.co network, please report it immediately to [email protected] with relevant evidence (IP address, timestamps, logs, etc.).

5. Enforcement and Consequences

Violations of this AUP may result in: Temporary or permanent suspension of your account Immediate termination without refund Legal action where appropriate Reporting to law enforcement or affected third parties
