Verification API that bills per answered lookup across six signals on one key and one balance: Email verification, Phone intelligence, IP intelligence, Address verification, Business verification against open registers, and Cross-signal consistency, which runs any subset of the first four in one call and names where they agree and where they do not. The business side reads a Legal Entity Identifier or a UK company number against register files synced onto the server, and compares the two records where a LEI names a UK company.

## Companies House API

The Companies House Public Data API is the UK registrar's own service: "The Companies House API lets you retrieve information about limited companies (and other companies that fall within the Companies Act 2006). The data returned is live and real-time, and is simple to use and understand."
